Aili Obandja is the principal attorney and founder of the Law Office of Aili Obandja. She specializes in workers’ compensation, social security disability insurance, auto accident claims and federal criminal defense.

Aili brings a wealth of expertise, legal acumen and a deep commitment to zealous advocacy. Aili fights tirelessly for her clients in courtrooms and before the Department of Labor and Social Security Administration. She is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator.

Aili’s dedication to her clients is underscored by her extensive background in indigent criminal defense and public service. She is especially adept at representing clients facing adversity during some of the most challenging moments they will ever encounter. Outside of work, Aili enjoys solving Sudoku puzzles, watching the WNBA, women’s college basketball, professional track and field, and volunteering for the North End Food Pantry. She lives in Chittenden County with her family.
